Job Responsibilities

* Provisioning of all food items
* Guest and crew meals
* Flexibility with stew and deck responsibilities

Job Skills Required

* Basic knowledge of produce
* Ability to provision to a budget
* Basic knowledge of food safety and storage
* Basic knowledge of nutrition, diets and allergies
* Organized, adaptable
* Ability to successfully try new recipes
* Ability to overcome seasickness


Entry Requirements/Licensing

Compulsory
Basic STCW
Cooking experience

Optional
strong Interest in cooking

Salary Expectations

60-110 ft
$3,000 - $4,500
