Luxury Yacht Group's management team provides operational support to your yacht worldwide. We can assist with supplies and services for any department on the yacht and also in the event of an emergency we have the experience and resources available to achieve a swift and positive outcome.

We understand the uniqueness of the yachting industry and the constraints involved in running and supplying a yacht. We are available to aide any department on the yacht quickly and efficiently to/in any global location with:

In addition to maintaining a vast database of suppliers and our relationship with them we can assist in negotiating preferred rates. Our staff are experienced and knowledgeable with all yachting products and services, and with offices in Europe and the USA we are available around the clock.

Crisis Support

In the event of an emergency whether it be medical, technical or crew related one call to your designated person ashore (DPA) mobilizes our response team. Available 24 hours per day we will liaise with companies and assist with all communications necessary. We will coordinate the processes for:

    • Towage Companies
    • Flag States
    • Classification Societies
    • Insurance and Lawyers.
