Engineering Position JuniorUnlimited

About the Junior Engineer (Unlicensed)

A junior engineer without a license is an entry level position that requires little to no experience on board luxury yachts, however, some related experience, deck experience or simply a general knack to fix things is helpful. What this crew member lacks in experience, they can make up for with a can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever is most needed. It is necessary for this person to work closely with the chief engineer or captain, be a quick learner, and be able to follow instructions thoroughly in a detailed manner. Typically, this role will also be expected to help regularly on deck.
