About the OOW Engineer (MEOL)
The engineer with a marine engine operator license possess working knowledge of yacht safety procedures, an understanding of the basic systems on superyachts, a “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn. This position often involves detailed inventory and record keeping as well as cleaning/maintenance of the engine room. This role requires good references, demonstrated skillful trouble shooting abilities, some deck knowledge to assist as needed and a minimum of two years of experience in an engineering capacity.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of general systems on board, i.e. diesel, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, electronics and outboards

- Flexible and adaptable
Salary Modifiers
- Degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Engine room refit experience
- Outboard engine certification/experience
- Tender driving certification
