About the Junior Steward/ess
The junior stewardess onboard a yacht is keen to learn and complete every job with a smile. They must be able to work closely with their superiors and take instruction well. A successful candidate will have a polite, friendly demeanor and the ability to interact professionally with guests. This candidate has little to no experience, but any land based hospitality or service experience will be very helpful.
Job Responsibilities
- Guest service - meals and bartending
- Cabin service and detailing
- Polishing - glassware, flatware, silverware
- Refrigerated drinks restocking
- Laundry - guest and crew
- Boat stowage for sea
- Assisting with lines and fenders on deck
